Ingredients

  • ½ Pineapple
  • 1 Lime
  • ½ Red Chilli
  • ½ Mango
  • 1 Apple
  • 2-3cm Raw Ginger
  • 1 Small Handful of Ice

How To Make

1. Peel the pineapple. Then peel the lime, leaving as much pith as you can on the lime.

2. Remove the seeds from the chilli and then peel and remove the stone from the mango.

3. Juice all the ingredients together and then pour over Ice.
