- 100g Mixed Salad Leaves
- 50g Alfalfa Sprouts
- 100g Sun-Blushed Tomatoes
- 1 Avocado
- ½ Lemon
- 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
How To Make
1. Prepare: Wash the salad leaves and place in a bowl. Add the alfalfa spouts and sun-blushed tomatoes to the salad. Remove the avocado flesh, chop into pieces and add to the salad. Remove the avocado flesh, chop into pieces and add to the salad.
2. Dress & Serve: Make up the dressing by combining the lemon juice, olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Pour the dressing over the salad and enjoy!
