Before returning an item please contact the office to obtain a returns authorisation number from us.

WE WILL AUTHORISE THE RETURN OF AN ITEM IN THE FOLLOWING CASES:
If you receive a damaged product, you must notify us by phone or email within 7 days of delivery. The item must be returned to us in its original packaging with all accessories/complimentary items before a refund via your initial payment method will be issued. Please ensure you use a trackable service to provide proof of delivery back to us and that the item(s) is adequately packaged to ensure further damage does not occur in transit.
If your item is faulty, you must notify us by phone or email at the earliest opportunity. You may return any faulty item(s) for a full refund. However, all electrical appliance(s) will need to be sent back for testing before any refund will be processed. This can take 5-7 working days. Please ensure you use a trackable service to provide proof of delivery back to us and that the item(s) is adequately packaged to ensure damage does not occur in transit.
If a fault is found to have occurred due to accidental damage, misuse or expected wear and tear, a refund will not be issued, and you will be informed of the cost of return delivery.
Upon establishing a genuine fault that cannot be rectified, a refund to your initial payment method will be issued. In these cases, we will also refund the return postage (UK only). Please be aware all our electrical appliances use a UK plug system, and it is down to the customer to check the requirements of their particular country – and Juice Master will not cover the postage cost outside the UK should there be any warranty issues.
Please Note: If a collection date is arranged and you aren’t available to hand the goods over to the courier service, then to re-organise and re-book, there will be a charge of £10.00.
Duplicate or incorrect item
You may return any incorrect item sent to you as a result of our error for a full refund. We will refund your card once we have received and processed the item. In these cases we will also refund the return postage. If you have received a duplicate item then please give us a call and we will arrange a suitable time collect the item.
Retreats & Events

You may return any item within 14 days of receiving it, for a full refund. We will refund your card once we have received and processed the item.
Please be aware: We will only refund postage if the return is a result of our error and all returns are subject to a restocking fee of 10% of the sale price.
You must take reasonable care of the goods in your possession pending their return. We will only accept the returned goods in their original packaging and which do not exhibit signs of wear or tear. Any use of the delivered goods beyond that necessary to inspect the goods on delivery will invalidate your right to a full refund.
