Delivery Policy.

Juice Master only delivers to addresses within the United Kingdom.

IMPORTANT: Orders to Northern Ireland may be subject to local taxes and duties upon delivery. We advise that you speak with your local authorities for more information before you place your order, as additional charges are out of our hands.

STANDARD DELIVERY 

  • Monday to Friday service. Excludes weekends and public holidays.

  • Sent via Royal Mail (not tracked)

  • Orders delivered within 3-5 working days. Please allow up to 7 working days in case of unexpected delays.

  • Charged for service. Price will be quoted at checkout

UK NEXT BUSINESS DAY

  • Monday to Friday service. Excludes weekends and public holidays.

  • Sent via DHL courier service (trackable)

  • Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Thursday will be delivered next business day.

  • Orders placed between 2pm on Thursday and 2pm Friday will be delivered on Monday.

  • Orders placed after 2pm on Friday and 2pm on Monday will be delivered on Tuesday.

  • Charged for service available on all orders of £100+. Price will be quoted at checkout

FREE DELIVERY ON ORDERS OF £100+

  • Monday to Friday service. Excludes weekends and public holidays.

  • Courier service sent via DHL (trackable)

  • Orders are delivered within 1-2 working days. Please allow up to 7 working days in case of unexpected delays.

  • Only available to UK mainland, not Northern Ireland, Highlands and Islands or the Channel Islands.

  • Only available on all orders of £100+

  • You will receive a confirmation when your item has been shipped. You can trace the order by calling the Juice Master team.

Please NOTE THE FOLLOWING

  • If you are not home to receive your Standard Delivery via Royal Mail, you have up to 10 business days to collect your parcel once it has arrived at the local post office. If your parcel is not collected within this timeframe, the item may be returned to us, depending on your local post office. If this happens, you will be charged postage to have the parcel redirected back to you, or we will refund the cost of the goods if you do not wish them to be resent to you.

  • Delayed orders due to postal strikes are entirely out of our control.

  • Any parcels authorised to be left at an address without a signature (Authority to Leave) will be at the customer's own risk.

I HAVE NOT ReCEIVED MY ORDER WITHIN THE GIVEN TIMEFRAME. WHAT DO I DO?

RETURNING AN ITEM

  • If you would like to return a faulty, damaged, duplicate, incorrect or unwanted item.

Returns Policy

Before returning an item please contact the office to obtain a returns authorisation number from us.

Please have you order details to hand when you call us.

WE WILL AUTHORISE THE RETURN OF AN ITEM IN THE FOLLOWING CASES:
Faulty or damaged item
You may return any item that was faulty or damaged when received for a full refund. All electrical appliances need to be sent back for testing before we are able to send out a replacement and that this can take 5-7 working days. We will refund your card once we have received and processed the item. In these cases we will also refund the return postage (UK only). Please be aware all our electrical appliances use a UK plug system and it is down to the customer to check the requirements of their particular country – and Juice Master will not cover the postage cost outside the UK should there be any warranty issues. Please Note: If a collection date is arranged and you aren’t available to hand the goods over to the courier service then to re-organise and re-book there will be a charge of £10.00.

Duplicate or incorrect item
You may return any incorrect item sent to you as a result of our error for a full refund. We will refund your card once we have received and processed the item. In these cases we will also refund the return postage. If you have received a duplicate item then please give us a call and we will arrange a suitable time collect the item.

Unwanted item
You may return any item within 14 days of receiving it, for a full refund. We will refund your card once we have received and processed the item.

Please be aware: We will only refund postage if the return is a result of our error and all returns are subject to a restocking fee of 10% of the sale price.

You must take reasonable care of the goods in your possession pending their return. We will only accept the returned goods in their original packaging and which do not exhibit signs of wear or tear. Any use of the delivered goods beyond that necessary to inspect the goods on delivery will invalidate your right to a full refund.
