About Jason Vale
Through Jason's own personal health challenges, he discovered the amazing benefits of juicing and quickly started to spread the word and establish himself as the face of juicing across the world. Known as ‘The Juice Master’ Jason started to educate people on the wonders of juicing through his books, talks and seminars.
The first book Jason wrote was 'Slim For Life: Freedom from the Food Trap'. Against all standard advice Jason sent the entire manuscript to his chosen publishing house Harper Collins/Thorsons. Their response was remarkable and just 24hrs later they contacted Jason to say ‘it was the best thing they had read on the subject in 10 years’.
Due to Jason's influence in the juicing world, he was approached by Moulinex to endorse their juicers and then recently Philips with what is now the best selling juicer across Europe. Jason quickly became a respected and established author and has since gone on to publish 9 books, one of which, ‘7lbs in 7 days’ became a No. 1 Best-seller with Amazon.

Jason has been described as the UK’s ‘Jamie Oliver of the health and juicing world’ and his books have now sold over a 1.5 million books worldwide. His books and DVD’s have been translated into Turkish, Italian, Japanese, Portuguese, Danish, Finish, Norwegian, Swedish, Dutch and French and are distributed worldwide.
Jason has worked with hundreds of thousands of people including top athletes, CEO’s, major companies and many ‘celebrities’, including Katie Price (Jordan). Jason was head-hunted by Philips to be the face of their juice extractor in the UK, throughout Europe and in many countries around the world. The juicer went on to become the best selling juicer in the UK. He is the only well known ‘juicing guru’ in the UK and his message is spreading fast across Europe and the USA. Jason is regularly featured in national newspapers, magazines, TV and on the radio.

Jason's passion and genuine desire to really help people live a juicy lifestyle has resulted in the development of the ‘Juice Master Retreats’. The retreats teach people about the benefits of juicing and provide a physical as well as psychological detox. The first retreat opened in April 2005 and Juice Master now run a full season at our mountain retreat in Montenegro.
Jason became a lifestyle coach and worked with several celebrities, including Jordan (aka Katie Price) and helped her lose 2 stone within 3 months through juicing, after she gave birth to her second child.
One of Jason’s books, ‘7lbs in 7 days - Super Juice Diet’ is a juicing programme guaranteed to make significant changes in terms of health and weight loss. This book shot to No. 1 on Amazon and has been Jason's best-selling book to date.
In 2006 Jason filmed and produced a range of DVD’s on juicing, rebounding (mini-trampolining) and yoga, which are being distributed worldwide.
In 2008 Jason launched his first juice bar at the Ardkeen Shopping Centre in Waterford and now there are Juice Master bars in Ireland, Scotland and Dubai.
