These Terms & Conditions define your rights and obligations as a user of the Juice Master USA website (www.juicemaster.com/US). We are Juice Master Ltd., a UK company. We own and operate the Juice Master USA website. We are a distributor for Juice Master Limited, a UK company. Juice Master Limited owns and operates the Juice Master UK & US websites (www.juicemaster.com). By accessing the Juice Master USA website, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Use as modified by us from time to time. The Juice Master USA website offers Juice Master products and services to customers in the U.S.A. It is directed only to those who access it from the U.S.A.

All content on Juice Master U.S. Inc.’s website and the compilation of all such content is our property or the property of the content provider and protected by United States and international copyright laws. Reproduction in any way without express written permission from the content provider is strictly prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
The information and techniques contained and described in the Juice Master USA and Juice Master UK websites (the “Juice Master Websites”) are not a substitute for proper medical advice. If you have any questions, please consult your doctor.
Errors and Inaccuracies
We attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on this website is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions—including after an order has been submitted—and to change or update information, including prices, at any time without prior notice. If a product we offer is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition (please see returns, refunds and replacements). We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Substitutions
If the goods you ordered are not available, we reserve the right to cancel the order. We will inform you of the cancelation at which point you may contact us to provide you with goods of a similar quality and specification and we’ll do our best to offer as best a deal as we can, this may include making up the difference with other products!
Backorders
All in stock items shall be shipped within 24 hours of order receipt. Back ordered items shall be shipped upon availability of the item unless cancelled by customer prior to shipment. Please note Juice Master USA reserves the right to cancel back ordered items not shipped within 30 days due to potential price volatility beyond the 30 day period.
Returns, refunds and replacements
Unauthorized returns will be refused without question. Juice Master USA must be contacted within 7 days of original order receipt to initiate a return. You may return any unopened item within 7 days of receiving it for a full refund minus the original shipping charges. Returns must be received in the original brand new, unused, factory fresh condition with all packaging and components included with the Order number clearly marked on the outside of the box. Any use of the delivered products will invalidate your right to cancel or return product. Any returns received requiring replacement of any packaging shall be charged a re-boxing fee of up to $15. Return shipping must be prepaid by the customer, and the return is subject to a discretionary 20% restocking fee. We will only refund the cost of shipping if the return is a result of our error. We issue the refund or replacement once we receive the returned goods in proper condition.
You must provide us with the order date and number, your name and a description of the product. We will issue to you a return authorization number. This number is valid for ten calendar days from the date we issue it. We will not accept any return without a return authorization number or with a number issued more than ten calendar days before you ship the returned product.
You must ship all items to us in their original packaging, with all related materials & products included, and you must ship all items together. The return authorization number should be marked clearly outside the shipping box. You are responsible for the costs of shipping the returned products and you bear the risk of loss or damage during shipment. Any return that is returned damaged or has damaged parts or has been used will subject to a discretionary replacement fee of the product or product part in question.
If the product is damaged when you receive it, you must contact us to file a replacement request within 24hours of receipt. You must leave the product in the state that it’s in packaging included and the product must be unused and un-opened. If we send you the wrong product, you must submit your return or replacement request to us within 7 seven days after you receive the product.
To return product to us for a refund or replacement, email your request to usaorders@juicemaster.com.
Returns for products that ship with a Free Shipping discount or offer will be charged the shipping charges incurred. The customers refund will be minus the shipping charges incurred and any other charges if incurred as indicated above. If the product being returned included Free Products those free products included must also be returned in new, unused, factory fresh condition aswell otherwise those products will be subject to a discretionary replacement fee that will also be applied to and minus'd from the customers refund.

Cancelations
You may cancel your order before we have shipped the product to you or before we have provided the services for which you contracted, but not more than seven days from the date we send your order confirmation. For products shipped please see returns, refunds and replacements. To cancel, send your cancellation notice by email to usaorders@juicemaster.com. The cancellation notice must include your name, a description of the products or services, the order number and the date of the order. Attaching the order confirmation we originally sent you will also assist us in processing your cancellation as quickly as possible. The order number is stated in the order confirmation we email to you when we accept your order.
Damage Shipments, shortages, or refused shipments
Any damaged or short shipments must be reported within 24 hours of their receipt. For damaged shipments, the original box and packing materials MUST be held until the shipping carrier who delivered the item deems them unnecessary for claim purposes. If not reported within 24 hours, we are unable to initiate a claim and the package is deemed as received in acceptable condition. For all shipments refused by the recipient, all freight charges and fees, both to the customer and the return shipping from the customer, shall be paid by the customer that initiated the order.
Defective Merchandise
Any defective merchandise is subject to the terms and conditions as set forth by each manufacturer and their respective limited warranty. The manufacturer’s warranty is in full effect once the product leaves the warehouse and is accepted by the customer. For any issues please contact usainfo@juicemaster.com and the issue will be passed to the relivant supplier.
Any merchandise that is Juice Master branded is subject to the terms and conditions as follows. The customer must contact Juice Master via email at usainfo@juicemaster.com to initiate a claim, a team member will be in touch as soon as possible. The product must be deemed defective by a team member Juice Master at the Juice Master Office and the item must be initally sent back at the customer expense and organisation to the address shown on the Juice Master website. The product must contain all original parts and packaging materials otherwise fee's outlined in the returns, refunds, and replacements section of this agreement will be applicable. Once received the product will be evaluated, if it's deemed to be a manufacturers defect Juice Master will send a replacement product (if within 3 months) or equivilent credit as soon as possible at no cost to the customer. However, if it is deemed defective due to improper use or negligence by the customer the product will not be replaced, the product will be sent back to the custotomer. The customer will be responsible for all costs incurred including shipping costs incurred for sending to Juice Master.. The risk of loss and title for such items pass to the customer upon our delivery to the carrier.
Risk of Loss
When you purchase items from us on this website, please inforn us within 10 days if non reciept so we can track your order. Our our discretion we will resend an order thats deemed lost.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties with regard to the items you purchase, either express, implied or otherwise, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, noninfringement or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that access to or use of the Juice Master USA website will be uninterrupted or error-free or completely secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will we be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, consequential or punitive damages whatsoever arising out of your use of or access to the Juice Master USA website or your purchase of any item through the website, even if we have been advised of or should have known of the possibility of such damages.
Certain state laws do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. If these laws apply to you, some or all of the above disclaimers, exclusions, or limitations may not apply to you, and you might have additional rights.
Juice Master USA makes no representation or warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, with respect to the representations made by the manufacturers of the products advertised on the website. The owners, officers, directors, employees and agents of Juice Master USA or Juice Master Ltd. shall not be liable for any damages of any kind, including direct, indirect, consequential, special or punitive, arising out of any misrepresentation of any product by a manufacturer on the Juice Master website. All information and content relating to the products advertised on the website have been provided to Juice Master USA by the distributor or manufacturer of the products listed on our website.
Governing Law
These terms of use are governed by the laws of the UK.
Jurisdiction
You agree that the Juice Master USA website will be deemed a passive website that does not give rise to personal jurisdiction over us in jurisdictions.
Modification
We reserve the right to modify these terms of use at any time by posting revised terms on this website. Your continued use of the Juice Master USA website will be governed by the terms of use in force at the time of your use.
Severability
If any provision in these terms of use shall be deemed invalid, void or unenforceable, that provision will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provision.
Shipping restrictions
Juice Master cannnot ship products to a PO Box Address, all costs of retrieval for incorrect addresses will be at the customers expense. A physical address must be given at checkout or by email.
