I lost four stone in weight in six months after reading this book in 2010 ! Effortlessly and without dieting. Have slowly put some weight back (one stone),so i bought book and CD for double whammy effect a few weeks ago.They work so well together and I have completely lost interest in junk food again and have taken on the premises of Jason's words more thoroughly this time round..losing effortlessly and without dieting once again! Hi, I am a 15 year old and Just finished reading the book and now listening to the CD. This book is truly inspirational and I am so glad to be free from the food and diet trap, Jason is a great role model and someone who i really look up to. This is the best book I've ever read and would recommend it to anybody!
