A friend suggested I google Jason Vale and try some of his juices, downloaded some recipes from the website, then I was Hooked!!! ordered and read juice yourself slim, absolutely hooked!!! used the 3 day detox app and had to have keeping it simple. Love the recipes the kids and husband turn another page to discover yet another yummy juice to try, The whole family enjoy Jason's juices!! can't believe the difference in the kids, 1 awesome goodness packed smoothie after school fills them up till dinner and their behaviour is so much better. I love this book & DVD. I started juicing years ago but gave it up because I could never think of what to put in a juice. "Keeping it Simple" is exactly what it says and puts every day juicing back in my reach. I like that the book is not exactly the same as the DVD, which I watched from start to finish as soon as it arrived in the post! I know I'm a bit of a Nanna, but I loved the section on Jason's own juicing routine and juicer washing up tips! Just one more way of helping me juice by "Keeping it Simple". (Posted on 21/02/2013)

This book arrived so fast, we are now juicing so as to improve the quality of life. We have many active grandchildren who need us as much as our children did at one time. Now I Love My Vegetables Review by Lori

I first saw Jason in a documentary. He was so happy and full of life that I had to research more about the Juicing. Since then I've ordered the Keeping it Simple book and DVD and must say that I truly enjoy the recipes. My family is shocked that I'm actually consuming vegetables now! I am starting the 3day detox and hope to continue on a 90 day Juice Feast from there. I got the book free when I purchased my juicer, it has seen many a recipe and the cover is worst for wear but its my juicy bible. I loved the migraine recipe especially as its helped curbed my headaches quite substantially. First of possibly a full set of Jason's books now, and this has to be one on your kitchen shelf!
