    I just did 7lb 7days to the letter, first 3 hard, 4th day almost quite, the last 3 days peace of cake!! I fill SUPER GREAT!!! I am visiting my family in Mexico (from USA), first thing I did was: went shopping to continue my programme and making planty juice for me and my family (MOM 2 sisters and a brother), I am doing the cooking fallowing 14 days.     I felt very prepared and supported doing this plan having bought the diet pack. I have a couple of friends who did the program with just the 7lbs in 7 days book, but I wanted to make sure I had all my back up and the right supplements, etc. I bought this pack after reading the book so that I could have the support of the DVD and CD. I watched the DVD before starting the program and I found Jason's juicing tips very helpful. I listened to the first 2 tracks on the CD, but didn't really feel like I needed the extra motivation. The wall planner and the book were quite sufficient. But I was glad I had the opportunity to view the DVD and have the CD available just so I felt I was totally taken care of while doing the program, and not gonna miss out on anything. I'm at the end of day 5 on this program and it's gone by pretty quickly and although I've had the occasional craving for cooked food, I haven't been hungry at all. And it's sort of a fun change of pace to juice and be able to feel good about everything you're putting in your body :). I'm definitely going to incorporate juicing and wheatgrass and spirulina into my lifestyle now. (Posted on 28/01/2012)

    This in truth is only a preliminary review because I haven't started the plan yet, however I received my Pack no problems in just 7 days. I have viewed the video (there is a slight viewing problem in one of the recipes - it gets blocked, but it's not a problem), washed my flask and unpacked everything else.     I woke up on day 8 and after the 7lbs in 7 days plan, weighed myself and found I’d lost 13lbs. I didn’t feel hungry, I was not tired and I did not craving anything during the week.
    I actually found the 7 days quite easy and enjoyable; day 2-4 I did have a headache but I put that down to caffeine withdrawal. I loved the juices and even my 4 year old now loves making the Lemon/Ginger zinger for herself.
    I am now continuing with the 'Turbo Charge your life in 14 days' plan and I have to say I really enjoy having the juices in the morning, but I love all the lunch and dinner recipes too. This one is definitely not a diet, but a ‘wake up and look what we’ve been doing to ourselves and isn’t it time we put some thought into our lifestyle’ plan.

    The pack was delivered fast, which I like! I make juices now to get used to them before starting the 7 day program, the juices are very nice. Even my 12 year old son drinks them. This makes me feel even better! (Posted on 14/06/2011)

    Day 4 of the plan and I am still keeping up with the juices. I do not feel hungry... well, I had some hunger pangs the first 2 days, but told myself that - as Jason says - it's a mental hunger and I just need to shut up that little Food Addicted Terrorist in my head. I tend to drink a glass of water and he's gone.
    I weighed myself at the start and did a sneak-peek this morning and found I am already 3lbs down from when I started. I've been suffering with a blotchy skin since giving birth to my second in November 2008 and it is actually clearing up.
    Slowly but surely I am starting to feel a bit more energetic, so hopefully it will also settle my IBS and headaches and in the long term by loosing weight my back may give me less gripe. So here goes to a long lasting relationship with juice! (Posted on 07/03/2011)
