    I brought the book ‘7lbs in 7 days’ and subsequently the diet pack, not solely because I wanted to lose weight, but because I wanted a healthier alternative to the way I lived my life. I am fortunate enough not to have a great amount of weight to shift, but I did have some health issues such as high blood pressure and anaemia.

    I was determined not to use pills or other traditional medical routes to resolve these issues as I was convinced that there had to be an alternative. Most 'diet plans' focus solely on weight loss but don’t guide you on what to do once you've shed the pounds nor do they offer advice on overall health and wellbeing. After the 7 days, I carried on with the 14 day turbo charge programme and I have found this now to be way of life. My have lost over half a stone, have lots more energy and my blood pressure is back to normal.

    With these benefits, why would you want to go back to the old way of life? I am continuing to apply the principles from the programme as I know I will continue to reap the benefits. I would certainly recommend the programme to anyone with health and or weight challenges.

    I can't express how happy I was to receive this pack. It contained everything I needed to start my diet. I especially loved Jason's inspirational cd. The book is packed with information to keep you motivated and on track. I have only been on the program for 3 days but i already feel lighter and mentally more alert. (Posted on 04/01/2011)

    I was so excited to begin this program and follow Jason's 7 lbs in 7 Days Super Juice Diet plan and when I got this pack it had everything I needed to get started. The service Juice Master supplied to me was awesome. I lost 9 lbs in 7 days and was thrilled to pieces. I am now starting the 14 day turbo charge your life in 14 days....wish me luck!
