I have already some experience with wheat-grass, I grow my own, but I do buy powder one for 'emergency'. I must say this is the best one yet. The colour is completely different than the one I used to buy from a health shop (wasn't organic) and the taste after dissolving in a juice is very similar to fresh one. The juice after mixing the powder doesn't have the best taste in the world. However I think it is doing a good job in my system. I am a lot more regular now and I believe I can feel my energy levels are higher. The way I drink it is dissolving a tea spoon in a shot glass and drink it like a tequila shot. I tend to have a full pint of water right after to wear of the flavour from my mouth. This powder does dissolve well. (Posted on 29/11/2010)
