Great deal love the juices and salads I did this after my 7 days 7lbs diet, all together I lost 1 stone in weight good buy 12st.The planner was so easy to follow.I lost this weight in three and half weeks I feel great,it has change my whole body

I ordere this book with free wall planner as part of the two week plan, 7lbs in 7 days & juice yourself slim - I was not really bothered about the wall planner as did not think I would use it much - however how wrong could I be it is so much better than I thought saves loads of time and all colour coded so you can immediately find instructions. My partner is over weight, needed lose weight. But we had been difficult time for diet. Because, we couldn't see result in past few years, and weight was back in force.
Then, recently, someone told us he lost 100 lbs in 1year by juicing. I checked internet, found out Mr Jason Vale's books are best selling. I was going to buy from amazon but it was sold out. So, I came here took a look so many good review, and got this book directly. So happy that we could get sale and bonus wall planner!

Book and wall planner arrived only 3days, then started as soon as we finished reading. We have been juicing according to this book, my partner lost weight 10 lbs in 7days...!!
Myself, I didn't need diet. But I lost 1 lb, and I can see my skin is different, it's really moisture and shiny. And I feel like have so much energy now!

We love fresh veggie and fruits anyway, so, it was very easy to do every day.
I think we can reach his desire weight is easily. However, we will continue juicing after we don't need diet anymore. :-)

Thanks for the super efficient delivery. Ive only had the book for a couple of days and am already half way through. (Not bad considering it's the holidays and I have both my young kids home all day!) Have decided to commit to the Spring Juice detox starting tomorrow and this book has certainly helped give me the extra motivation I was looking for. I've dabbled with juicing and making smoothies over the past couple of years but not enough to really 'feel' the difference. What I'm most excited about is the increase in energy levels that almost every testimonial mentions! I feel permanently tired and I am so looking forward to the day in the very near future when I wake up feeling 'energised' and not shattered!! I would just like to mention that I only heard of Jason Vale for the first time just a couple of weeks ago when I watched the online premiere of the film 'Hungry for Change' in which he is featured. It has to be one of the most inspiring films with regard to our health that I've ever seen. I highly recommend watching it. Just recieved my shipment of Juice Yourself Thin and the accompanying wall planner. I will be using them along with my 7 lbs. in 7 days book and wall planner during the Big Spring Juice Clean starting on Monday!!
