    Hiya!. This is my second time on the 'Juice yourself slim plan, as the first time I didn't focus as much as I could of and drifted back into normal junk food mode . No more distractions this time and much more focused (health issues are priority). Having the wallplanner makes it so much easier, as no need to keep going back & forth in the book. I ordered it early in the day and it arrived the following morning with my other products, all nicely packaged. This is my 7th day, but feeling so good I going to continue for another 7days. I've dropped 10lbs so far and I'm on a real high!! Will be buying more books to keep me motivated and I'm loving the lifestyle change. Thank you for so much for your inspiration! Will keep you informed of how I get on!

    I decided on the book Juice Yourself Slim first and the 7-day launch begins today. I downloaded the shopping list and the poster is on the kitchen wall, all ready for quick reference, after reading other reviews on this site. I have dusted off the juicer and it stands proud in the kitchen after a tidy up and the coffee machine is back in the cupboard. The ordering, delivery and packing was all good. Great service, thanks.     I was full of enthusiasm after reading the Juice you self slim book and bought all the fruit and veg and a wall planner. I love the wall planner as it so easy to take a quick glance at rather than thumbing back and forth through the book for the ingredients of the next juice etc.
    My main objective for embarking on the diet was primarily for health, and secondly weight loss. I had a little girl two years ago who never slept through the night until she was 22 months and in the day a real 'live wire' and have been keeping my energy levels up with biscuits and sweet tea. I am on day 6 and have as yet not lost any weight (12st on the nose still) but after day four (previous days were tortuous; headaches, hunger etc.) started to feel that the juicing was starting to show signs of helping with energy levels. I will continue as I do believe in the power of juicing and the wall planner will be a helpful guide. (Posted on 19/03/2011)

    Hi! I have followed the launch for a week although not to the letter as I had trouble getting fresh beetroot! so I swapped a couple of the juices/smoothies around and I still lost weight! I lost 7lb, I feel great and my confidence is building up now! I will follow it probably for 6 days, as I am a Hairdresser and it is so convenient to drink on a break than eat a sandwich! I luv all the juices/smoothies and my son always has to have a taste of them too! I am going to start making some juices just for him out of your book 'The Juice Master' I am thoroughly smitten with this change of lifestyle!     Hi Jason and Team,
    I bought the Juice yourself Slim book and read it cover to cover. It really got me motivated and last week I started the Launch programme. I weighed myself today, and after 7 days I have lost 10 1bs.....AMAZING !! I feel so much better, I have not had any bloating or upset stomach, my nails and hair have improved as has my skin and I have been sleeping really well ! I really didn't feel hungry at all in between juices and in fact, could only manage 2/3 juices/smoothies a day. The first couple of days I struggled a bit, felt tired, had a headache, felt a bit nauseous and kept burping.... not very ladylike !!!! By day 4 though I was feeling great! The other thing I discovered is that I really don't like the smell of some of the pulp.... I love beetroot but hated the smell of it !! Luckily by the end of the week I could add some salads and soup....all of them lovely !! I am now having a juice for breakfast, soup for lunch and a salad for dinner. I think maybe for the week after that I will start having healthy dinners. I know I'm not out of the woods yet as I still look at some foods and think I want them (like cookies from the farm shop!!) but when I stop and think "how hungry am I really?" I realise I'm not and that it's just out of habit I suppose. At least I'm on the right road now. So thank you Jason, it's all down to you and I look forward to purchasing more of your books to keep me motivated !! (Posted on 12/02/2010)
