The planner is an excellent addition to the kitchen as it makes following the plan easier.

When I first got the 7 days book, and saw all the other suggested items, I thought 'ah, just trying to sell me more stuff' - but it only took me a couple of days to realise I love this juicing lifestyle (and believe me, I've had a go at everything!) - the wall chart is so convenient, quick glance to the kitchen wall for ingredients and what's next up to prepare. Soooo worth £2.99, whilst on offer, but I'd pay full price for it, no quibble.

I started the 7lbs in 7 days plan and purchased the wall plan from the website. I received my plan in pristine condition within two days and have thus far (on day four of the plan) found it extremely useful. It sets out all the ingredients to recipes that i need and when i have to have them. Also good when lm on the go to fold up and put in my bag! very happy, thank you Juice master team!
