    Ordered the rebounder with the dvd after reading other reviews. It arrived within 2 days of ordering - which itself was very impressive. The first time I used it, I could not believe how much of a workout it gave. Its brilliant and fun and the dvd is great motivation.     I love this rebounder so much this is the third one I have bought. One for me, one for my sister and the recent one for my parents. My parents rebound every day and have broken two cheaper models. I decided they needed a proper one. They are thrilled with it. Definitely worth the money and so easy to buy through Juicemaster.     The rebounder has a very comfortable bounce and is relatively silent. Unfortunately, two of the legs were virtually impossible to fold down after it had been assembled and I spent a lot of time cursing and trying everything to release them without success. It would have been useful to have received instructions for setting the rebounder up and down instead of instructions for assembling the unit when it has already been assembled!!

    Although I have normal sized male hands I found it impossible to fit the weighted gloves.

    We do not live in a perfect world and problems are bound to occur from time to time. For me, the test of integrity is how the problem is attended to. I think I was just unlucky with is purchase but I cannot stress how amazing the Just Juice team are.

    Their response when I contacted them was immediate, pro-active, extremely apologetic and very positive. I was emailed the setting up and down instructions which suggested oiling the legs and which helped with one of the stuck legs and, in the end, I found that it was a protruding screw that holds the spring that prevented the other leg from opening.

    As the gloves would have cost more than half the value to return them I was given a credit and told to keep them. Plus, to compensate for my troubles I was sent a book and a few Juice in a Bar samples. 15 out of 10 to the team for their excellent service!!

    If I can offer any constructive criticism regarding the rebounder it would be to fit rubber ends to the legs instead of the hard plastic ones because I found that the rebounder was inclined to move around a bit when using it on a wooden floor and although more psychological than anything else it felt unstable and was slightly noisy. I bought a rubber mat to place it on but find that the legs literally cuts into it! This is the reason that I've only awarded the rebounder 4 stars. (Posted on 24/02/2011)

    Finally invested in one of Jason's rebounders after my rebok drove me crazy with noisy springs. The energiser is great and I really notice the difference in the workout as the springs are much softer and the bounce much easier. Much better for my joints and back! (Posted on 08/02/2011)

    Just got the folding rebounder and v. impressed with the sturdy durable build.

    Im 6'3 and live in a flat with about 20" headroom to ceiling so was a bit concerned I might be hitting my head as the rebounder is 10" high too, however have had a couple of full on sessions and not managed to hit my head once, must have a good 2 " clear to spare ;-).

    Great piece of equipment that i can fold away when not in use.
    Definitely recommend this to all.

    After reading many reviews about the rebounder I pre-ordered one in November 2010 and received it in January 2011as promised. I must say it is the best piece of exercise equipment I have ever purchased and I am convinced that I do not need any other.
    I am just loving it. I have told my children , my collegues and friends about it.

    Thanks for the quick delivery of my lovely rebounder and detox boost - I'm dying to give it a proper go. It looks great and I've had a bounce on it in the office but only a small one as on the third floor of an old building and don't want to end up downstairs :-)
    It is so true, waaaay more bounce in it than the one I got in a shop a few years ago but didn't use very much as it hurt my knees. I have great plans for this one!

    I have a question re the Detox Boost - it says on the bottle not to exceed daily dose but doesn't say what this is? I m planning on starting the 7 day detox soon so as directed can I put heaped teaspoon of the boost into each juice I have during the day (so 4/5 a day) or would that be too much of a good thing!

    Hi Jason, I want to buy a rebounder, and I have googled a lot, but I couldn't find any reviews about the pro-bounce rebounder. I found a lot talking about a rebounder called Celleriser, do you know if its good enough comparing to the ones you have?

    And what is the difference between the Energise and the Pro-Bounce?

    The Cellercise is an american model, but its not the greatest bounce. The probounce has now ceased manufacture so Jason is recommending the Energise for anyone that wants a great spring based rebounder. (Posted on 28/07/2010)
