    Hi,
    Got bungee's back today! I am really pleased, as it is much more enjoyable! Following the great customer service I have received, I thought it only fair that I offer some you some feedback, that may be worth considering:

    The bellicon is an amazing piece of fitness equipment, however it may not be ideal to perform a juice master style workout on. The guidelines provided by bellicon state that your feet should remain in contact with the mat, as it is so bouncy, this still provides an experience like bouncing on normal trampoline, except you remain in contact. In order to make my bungees last as long as possible, I am going to remain within these guidelines, however this mean excluding a few of the juice master moves (gay hops
    included!`)

    I think the mistake I made was getting the bellicon out of its packaging and then seeing how high I could bounce on it! A bit like buying a new car and taking it on the motorway and seeing how fast it will go!....reflection this was the mistake!....with a bit of time the restricted bouncing height, I'm sure can provide many of the benefits of rebounding and will probably last a lot longer that the style I initially adopted!

    Anyway I just offer this up as food for thought as I think there is current incompatibility between the juice master workout and the bellicon in the way advised by the manufactures). Feedback aside, I am really happy with the product and your help on this matter has been outstanding!!

    Estella showed me your facebook page and I want to express my love and best wishes to you and Nina. The love you and she show continually is I'm sure being returned to you in spades and I know that she is getting the best of treatment and nourishment on every level. Please pass my warm love to her. You have both inspired me to change my life completely. I'm still co codamol free. I still juice every day. My exercise routine leaves a lot to be desired but with the spring coming and Estella down my ear I know that my rebounder will be sinking repeatedly under my weight pretty soon. I hope to see you both at a retreat later in the year. Thank you for the love you show to the world. I send you lots and lots of mine, with gratitude and support from the bottom of my heart.
