  1. Can,t believe the difference, compared with cheaper rebounders. Review by sue

    Ordered my Bellicon 3 oclock Wednesday and it arrived early the next day, what service. I am absolutely thrilled with it, just so comfortable to use, compared to the cheap Argos one, that i have been using for the last 7 years.
    Working out never felt so good.

    I got delivery of my Bellicon Swing just over a week ago and have dutifully been rebounding every day, usually early in the morning, for at least 20 mins depending on what time I need to get to work for. I'm afraid I haven't been able to get around to doing the 20 mins in the evening.

    It definitely is sturdy and quiet as advertised but I'm a little afraid of how energetic I can actually be on this without breaking it. It doesn't seem like it will break any time soon but equally it says above somewhere that the size you buy should depend on what the heaviest user weighs (I'm the only user) and how energetic I would be using it. I therefore bought the smaller one, up to 90kgs, The medium but most definitely the high bounce programme on the rebounding DVD would certainly test it if I was as enthusiastic as Jason is.

    JM team - do you have any advice for me? It is a costly piece of kit and I don't want to break it within 14 days of buying it!!

    I bought my bellicon just a year ago and I can't praise it enough. The quality is vastly superior to any rebounder I have experienced before. The bounce is so soft and comfortable that I forget that I am exercising because it's so much fun. It was only the next day when I felt that all my muscles had been exercised, but at the same there was no muscle ache as with usual exercises. I exercise at least 30-40 minutes per day whilst watching TV which is no problem as there is no noise due to the elastic ropes. I believe that I saved a year of gym membership which paid for this bellicon and I the bellicon is still going strong. (Posted on 10/01/2011)

    I absolutely love rebounding! But is there a big difference between rebounder trampolines? I have one bought at my local sports supply store, but I am considering getting a new one!

    JUICE MASTER REPLY: There are differences amongst rebounders. The Bellicon is an excellent option as the mat has bungees attached rather than springs, hence offering a softer bounce and less strain on the joints and muscles. It is made of high quality material and to an excellent standard. Based on this the cost reflects that it is certainly a great investment. (Posted on 26/06/2009)

    I previously owned a Pro-Bounce rebounder and loved using it but found that it was aggravating my lower back condition. Can you tell me if the Bellicon rebounder may be softer and therefore less impacting?

    JUICE MASTER REPLY: The Bellicon rebounder has bungee's attached to the mat whereas the Pro Bounce was linked with Springs. The bungee's do offer a much softer bounce and so should have less impact. Please do check this with your GP on any back conditions you have as we are not medically trained to advise.     Is this suitable for kids? I've got a 6 year old and a 12 year old who would probably want to use this as well.

    Hi Gene, yes its perfect for kids, as its a very soft bounce, it has a larger bouncing area than most rebounders, makes no noise at all and is loads of fun, you'll have a hard time getting them off it! (Posted on 25/07/2008)
