Best thing I've ever done and only in 1 week! Review by Juicie

I was told about this by Andries who lost 7lbs and her mum who lost 10lbs so I was quite excited to try this out but a little sceptical as anyone would be on these super diets. But I did my weekly shop with the juice shopping list in hand and got a juicer anyway and just thought if see how I go.
First day I made 4 juices and got a headache and felt a little faint (probably from my body getting used to the detox and not drinking coffee anymore)
Day two, I was hungry, but didn't carve anything like choc, crisps or para, infa t I caved fruit and smoothies but wasn't close to home to make one so I was naughty and grabbed some raw cherry tomatoes and snacked on them (not that I'm encouraging, but i didn't prepare we'll that day)
After day 2 it was a doddle. I learnt my lesson and made more smoothies and drank mint/lemon tea.
I went out for drinks/dinner with my friends and stick to fresh lime and soda and cheekily ate a few bits of calamari but I wasn't hungry, so just a Jason Sid, mind over craving. Now I wouldn't advise to cheat at all and my cheating just proved Jason's point even more that u don't need the food so I would try and refrain from going to dinner for that week.
But....with no exercise (I know, naughty again) I still lost 8lbs and feel great! My akin is really good and I feel good.
I now have juices in my diet and am back into solid foods.
I've now joined the gym and bought a steamer and am on a roll. This is the most healthiest and quickest way to lose those extra pounds. I'm already small and weighed 55.5kgs but I'm a dancer and used to weighing 50kgs, my recent tr walking trip of eating rubbish food and drinking too much piled on the pounds and I lost my tones stomach and became flabby so this is been great to kick start me back into a for body again!

I feel great and did great my cafine from my coffe headaches finally stopped! I can not believe how full I feel on the Juicing and I took off 9 pounds in one week. This has been the only thing I have done that I can honestly say I had no cravings or hunger. I was able to pass up everything put in front of me this week. This truly has transformed my way of eating and I will continue juicing one more week, until I complete reading the 14 day Turbo Charge. I have finished the 7 lbs in 7 days programme and I have loss incredible 6.8lbs in weight.I have got my energy back and my skin is clear.To be honest I did exercise twice a day instead of the number of times stated in the book. The book is so informative and the wall planner really helps a lot. I have now started the turbo charge plan and hope to loss more weight this time.I highly recommend.

I decided to order a few books of Jason's and supplements as I'd planned to to the 7lb in 7 days. Order arrived quickly and I started the juice fast straight away, its really useful having the planning chart.
I juice anyway but this was to another level. Its a good balanced plan and it works. I was not hungry at all so decided to continue for another 2 days. I lost 11lb and now weigh 9 stone but for me it was about getting a healthy, I now have lots more energy and clarity so very happy. I also bought the Turbo book and Funky fresh juice book which has lots of great juices.

Well put together book. Easy reading, to the point on what needs to be done to loose weight effectively. The wall paper is a pleasant addition, which makes juicing at a glance very easy. plus with the addition of the recipies right on the chart, you have no excuse for this not to work. Words can't even describe what juicing has done to my life. I ran into this website through foodmatters.tv. I was a little familiar with juicing but not too much. As soon as i started reading through this site and watching videos i immediately decided to purchase 7 lbs in 7 days super juice diet and Keeping it simple! Over 100 juice and smoothie recipes. I honestly didn't think i was going to follow through with either the 3 day juice cleanse and definitely not the 7 day juice cleanse. As soon as both books arrived i started to read them and by the second day i was off to the grocery store to buy all the ingredients for the 3 day juice cleanse. When i successfully finished that cleanse I resume to my already healthy eating habits for 4 days and by this time i had finished the book for the 7 day cleanse. I rushed to the grocery store and bought all of my ingredients and i have now successfully finished the 7 day juicing cleanse. The best part of this, is that neither cleanse was hard in any way shape or form. Juicing is a daily part of my life now and I thank you Jason Vale for sharing with the world the wonders of juicing. I feel amazing! Anyone who is still questioning wether or not to juice, DON'T, just do it you'll body will love it and it will change your life in ways no one ever thought possible. Again, thank you! After the week of following the book to the letter i couldn't believe i had lost 13lbs!!! I can honestly say i wasn't hungry and only found one of the juices to be not to my flavour however it was drinkable, the rest of the juices were lovely.
