Before returning an item please contact the office to obtain a returns authorisation number from us.

We will authorise the return of an item in the following cases:
Faulty or damaged item
You may return any item that was faulty or damaged when received for a full refund however please contact us first on email@example.com to confirm the product, issue order details and any warrenty claim. We will refund your card or credit you once we have received and processed the item.
Duplicate or incorrect item
You may return any duplicate or incorrect item sent to you as a result of our error for a full refund. We will refund your card once we have received and processed the item. In these cases we will also refund the return postage.
Retreats & Events
For details on cancelling a place on one of our retreats or events.
You may return any unopened item within 7 days of receiving it, for a full refund. We will refund your card once we have received and processed the item.
We will only refund postage if the return is a result of our error.
We cannot refund or exchange an opened item unless it is faulty, or if the item was sent to you through our error.
You must take reasonable care of the goods in your possession pending their return. We will only accept the returned goods in their original packaging and which do not exhibit signs of wear or tear. Any use of the delivered goods beyond that necessary to inspect the goods on delivery will invalidate your right to a full refund.
