Juicy Ingredients
- 1/2 ripe mango - de-stoned
- 1 banana
- 2 apples OR 1/4 medium pineapple
- Squeeze of honey
- 4 tablespoons of bio-live yogurt
Juicy Instructions
- Simply juice the pineapple
- Pour into a blender / smoothie maker along with the banana, yogurt, honey and mango (remove the mango flesh from the skin with a spoon)
- Blend until smooth.
This smoothie is great for one hungry person - or 2 not so very hungry people!
