Mango Bio-Live Energizer

Juicy Ingredients

  • 1/2 ripe mango - de-stoned
  • 1 banana
  • 2 apples OR 1/4 medium pineapple
  • Squeeze of honey
  • 4 tablespoons of bio-live yogurt

Juicy Instructions

  • Simply juice the pineapple
  • Pour into a blender / smoothie maker along with the banana, yogurt, honey and mango (remove the mango flesh from the skin with a spoon)
  • Blend until smooth.

This smoothie is great for one hungry person - or 2 not so very hungry people!
