Juicy Ingredients

  • 1 handful of fresh strawberries
  • 1 handful of fresh raspberries
  • 50g muesli
  • 150g natural organic yogurt - if you're a juicy vegan, then simply use soya yogurt
  • 150g soya milk
  • A small handful of ice

Juicy Instructions

  • Simply place all the ingredients in the blender. Blend and enjoy!

Why this is good for you

This is an alternative to the ever so popular Juice on the Go found in our Juice Master Juice 'n' Smoothie bars.  You can use any berries you like but the combination of strawberries and raspberries works particularly well.

If your usual breakfast is a couple of slices of white nutrient-devoid toast with full-fat butter and sugar-loaded jam, then your body and waistline are in for a real treat. Replacing your regular breakfast with this delicious alternative will not only cut out the fat and artificial sugar, but will also supply the body with a huge dollop of goodness.
