Juicing is a fantastic way to get live nutrients into your body, but to make your juice into more of a 'meal' you can always combine whole fruit in with the juice.  By combining fruit, seeds, nuts, oats or yoghurt with your juice, you turn it from a juice into a smoothie. There are some ingredients that don't juice because they are too complex, such as banana and avocado, so these must be blended. Smoothies can be fruit or vegetable and are more filling than a juice, so are perfect for a start to the day.  Check out an example of Jason's famous Turbo Express Smoothie in the video clip above.
