Why this is good for you

Wild rockets is a rich source of folate, calcium and iron as well as vitamins A and C. The Phytochemicals that give rocket its bright green colour and distinctive flavour also help to fight the body against disease.

Avocados are a complete food and contain a multitude of nutritious benefits including essential fatty acids (EFAs), the ‘good’ fats! They are also an excellent source of carbohydrates, protein and dietary fibre. Interestingly they contain about 60 per cent more potassium then bananas.

To make this vegan/vegetarian… Simply leave out the chicken or replace with an alternative
