Ingredients
- 2 beef tomatoes
- Small handful of fresh basil
- 150g fresh buffalo mozzarella
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Balsamic vinegar
- Crushed black pepper
Instructions
- Wash the tomatoes and basil.
- Cut the tomatoes and mozzarella into generous slices.
- Layer the tomato, mozzarella and basil on a plate serving dish or plate
- Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar and sprinkle with freshly ground pepper.
