Salads

Salads are one of the most nutritious ways, other than through juicing, to get live raw foods into your diet. You can't live on juices alone so a large proportion of what you eat should be made up of live raw foods, they say at least 51%. We've given you a selection of salads taken from Jason's titles so you can try them and experiment with making Super Salads.
The recipes are taken from 2 of Jason's books; first the 14 Day programme found in Turbo Charge Your Life in 14 Days and the 7 day programme found in Juice Yourself Slim.
