Juicy Ingredients
- 1/4 small cucumber
- 1 stick celery
- 2 apples
- Ice
Juicy Instructions
- Juice the lot and pour over ice.
- After making the juice put in a flask and take to the gym. When finished with your workout, enjoy your drink while relaxing in the sauna.
Why this is good for you
