Why this is good for youBlueberries are one of the richest sources of antioxidants available to us. In fact, they are one of the most nutrient-dense foods on the planet. Two of the phytochemicals found in blueberries - anthocyanins and phenolics - are constantly being studied for their anti-aging and anti-cancer benefits. This magical supply of antioxidants has many other profound health benefits for the body, from helping to maintain cholesterol levels to supporting a healthy urinary tract.
Grapes also contain a selection of wondrous nutrients known as polyphenols, some of the most potent plant antioxidants in nature. These compounds protect the plants from disease, studies are suggesting they can do the same for the human body. The Anti-Cancer Research Journal indicated that the the polyphenol resveratrol 'appears to exhibit anti-cancer properties by its ability to suppress proliferation of a wide variety of tumor cells'
This juice is therefore excellent for furnishing your body with disease-fighting super troops!
