Midday Melon Juice
This recipe is taken from:
- 1/2 small watermelon
- 2 pomegranates
- 1/4 lemon, peeled
- 100g (40z) raspberries
- Handful of ice
- Scoop out the flesh of the watermelon and remove the pomegranate seeds, reserving a few for decoration if you wish.
- Juice the melon flesh, lemon and the rest of the pomegranate seeds with the raspberries.
- Serve over the ice and decorate with the reserved pomegranate seeds - you will have everyone 'ooooohhhhhing' with this delicious, delightful looking juice.
