Juicy Ingredients

  • 1/2 small watermelon
  • 2 pomegranates
  • 1/4 lemon, peeled
  • 100g (40z) raspberries
  • Handful of ice

Juicy Instructions

  • Scoop out the flesh of the watermelon and remove the pomegranate seeds, reserving a few for decoration if you wish.
  • Juice the melon flesh, lemon and the rest of the pomegranate seeds with the raspberries.
  • Serve over the ice and decorate with the reserved pomegranate seeds - you will have everyone 'ooooohhhhhing' with this delicious, delightful looking juice.
