TV production Co-ordinator Rana Yousif spent a week on the the juice programme all the celebrities are doing: 7lbs in 7 days; super juice diet.
The programme designed by Jason Vale to help people lose weight and get energised through juicing has become the most successful juicing programme in the world.
"I slept like a baby all week, and felt great in the mornings, a big change for me" said Rana, "surprisingly I never felt hungry, I was drinking gallons of juice throughout the day and the fruit juice satisfied my sweet tooth so I had no 4pm cravings to contend with".
Jason added, "the programme has been made famous by celebrities such as Jordan (Katie Price), Beverley Knight and Linda Barker all having become big 'juicers' recently. Even Rhianna was talking about juicing on Radio 1 the other day, it's certainly hit the mainstream now."
