These little beauties are truly a super fruit. They contain 50% higher antioxidant activity than strawberries, three times that of kiwis and ten times that of tomatoes. This makes them a must for anti ageing and great skin!

Juice or smoothie?

Smoothie. They blend well with other berries and bananas. Add some live yogurt for a delicious creamy smoothie. Frozen raspberries, which are nutrient rich, can be used if fresh not available.
