Peaches are wonderful juicy summer fruits which blend well with bananas and other fruits, to make delicious mouth watering smoothies. Frozen peaches, which are still nutrient rich, can be used if fresh peaches are not available.

Juice or smoothie?

Smoothie - but makes a wonderful, but expensive juice. Peel the skin and remove the stone.

Top Tip...

To ripen peaches, store in a fruit bowl at room temperature. If over ripe place in the fridge.
