Kiwi's contain a high level of vitamin c, almost twice as much as an orange. They are also a good source of potassium.  They produce a beautiful summer juice when added to ripe strawberries and pineapple.

Great in both - peel the skin first.

Top Tip.....

Avoid juicing hard kiwi's. Rippen in a fruit bowl at room temperature

A study published in Thorax which followed over 18,000 children, found that those eating most kiwi fruit (including other citrus fruit) had 44% less incidence of wheezing
