We entered this market because we were frustrated and disappointed with a lot of the conventional ‘juice bars’ out there. Many of these so called ‘juice bars’ don’t offer any fresh vegetables and often just blend a range of fruits with concentrated and pasturised juices.
After much research and experience, the only juice bar model that we recommend and that is really successful, especially the UK, is a juice bar within a shopping centre. This has a lot to do with the warm ambient temperature and also the high footfall within a shopping centre. Shopping centers are only interested in established brands and this is where being part of a franchise has huge benefits. Securing the pitch for your juice bar will be your responsibility and something you could start looking into almost immediately. We are happy to help
