Team Members
The most important role in our juice bars is that of our Juice Bar Team Members, because we work from a bottom up philosophy. The people above are there to help and support our great team members. If you want to apply previous experience within hospitality/retail is preferred but not essential. Instead, we want you to have the right attitude, know how to have fun and understand the importance of customer service, and we will gladly help you to develop the skills you need for the rest... Juicy Genius Team Leaders
As part of your training at Juice Master you will automatically sign up for the Juicy Academy, our own staff development programme to help turn you from a Juice Novice to a Juicy Genius! Juicy Genius Team Leaders will get extra incentives and be responsible for training all new staff.
Juice Bar Managers / Assistant manager
The overall top banana in each of our juice bars. Applying for this job, you will need previous experience within hospitality / food retail environment. Previous experience in achieving sales targets, leading a team, and working to KPI’s are essential. We offer excellent salary packages and incentives. You will work with other juice bar managers to help develop the brand in your region too!
