Our Delivery Policy
To maximize the speed of delivery, all orders placed before 1pm (EST) are dealt with and shipped out the same day. You will receive a confirmation when your item has been shipped, with tracking information. All in stock items shall be shipped within 24 hours of order receipt, same day for orders received prior to 1:00 p.m. (EST).

Minimum shipping and handling charge is $5.00 for all shipments. Any address correction fees resulting from erroneous or incomplete information provided on the order shall be passed through to the customer that initiated the order.
Typically, depending on the method of shipping you’ve selected orders should not take more than the specified time. If you’ve not received your order within the specified time please contact the team at 1(800) 721-7045 and we’ll chase your delivery.
It is out of our control if orders get delayed due to postal strikes or alike with mail / shipping couriers / companies.
Any parcels accepted to be left at an address without a signature will be at the Customers own risk.
I have not received my order what do I do?
Contact the team at 1(800) 721-7045 and we will trace it for you (available live Mon-Fri, 9am - 5pm or leave a message and one of the team will call you back).
