The Juice Master team is pleased to be able to offer a fast and efficient service for items shipped from our USA juicy shop based in sunny California.
Our USA Delivery Policy
We ship orders daily Monday to Friday and you will receive a confirmation email when your order has been shipped with tracking details. All in stock orders will be shipped on the next business day. Orders placed on a Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on the following Monday. All stock is shipped from our warehouse in California, USA and an estimated time for delivery is shown in the checkout.Please see our Terms and Conditions for information on Backordered Items.
Minimum shipping and handling charge is only $4.95. Typically, depending on the method of shipping you’ve selected orders should not take more than the specified time. If you’ve not received your order within the specified time please contact the team at 855-772-5988 and we’ll chase your delivery.
It is out of our control if orders get delayed due to postal strikes or alike with mail / shipping couriers / companies.
I have not received my order what do I do?
Contact the team at 855-772-5988 and we will trace it for you (available live Mon-Fri, 9am - 5pm or leave a message and one of the team will call you back).
Returning an item
