Jason Vale’s 7lbs in 7days Super Juice Diet went to Number 1 of all books on Amazon and has been number 1 in its category for 7 years. The book has now sold over 1.5 million copies and is the most successful Juice Detox in the world. 7lbs in 7days has been translated into many languages, even American! "I'm a Type 1 diabetic and am on day 4 of the WBJD – what I simply CANNOT get over is how I am reducing my insulin requirements on a daily basis to now less than HALF what I was medicating previously (with the doctor warning 3 months ago I would have to go on additional medication soon) – I have always been told fruit juice is BAAAAD for diabetics & only to be taken to correct low sugars or as a teeny weeny breakfas treat – so it was a leap of faith for me to do this (obviously with GP blessing & sensible approach bla bla bla).
