Rating PCOS help and fertility
Hi Jason,
I have purchased the Philip juicer and I got with it one of your books. I found the recipes very tasty and I am very excited to be able to give to my daughter more fruit without her realising. I have a question for you. I suffer with PCOS and this affect not just my general health but also my fertility. We are trying for another baby with no success at the moment.
I was wondering if you can suggest types of juices that can help reduce the symptoms of PCOS and the hormone imbalance and to increase fertility. I really appreciate if you could help. I am also looking to buy your 7lb in 7 days book to be able to loose the weight I did put on with my first pregnancy and still never been able to loose it completely.

JUICE MASTER REPLY: Unfortunately we are not able to offer medical advice on specific health problems. And you should always check with your GP before undertaking any diet or supplement programme. However as a general rule, any problems with hormones and the endocrine system need to be looked at in terms of good nutrition and maintaining hormone balance by supporting the liver.
For fertility problems, a good intake of minerals in particular Zinc and Magnesium is very important, try increasing the amount of nuts and seeds in the diet.
Also, essential fats are extremely important for maintaining hormone balance and you should get a good daily supply by adding the Udos Choice oil to your smoothies for breakfast.
Plenty of vegetables, in particular green leafy veg and antioxidant fruits are excellent for ensuring an adequate supply of vitamins and minerals and the Liver should be supported by taking a herbal formula such as the ‘Detox Boost’ – This contains many herbs which help the liver to detoxify, thus supporting hormone balance as well as benefiting the whole system. (Should not be taken during pregnancy)

Rating I have been on your 14-day plan for 7 days and need to shift about 1 stone - I had already lost 2 stone with Weight Watchers but wanted to give your method a try. Love the morning juice and not hungry - stuck to it by the book - no excuses - after 7 days lost 2 and half pounds which I find a little disappointing! Gym twice a day included! - will def finish the 14 days but is it usual to only lose a small amount as expected more - I feel great though!!

Rating I am loving the food plan recipes from Turbo-Charge your Life in 14 days, and I want more recipes. I really want ideas/recipes for soups, lunches and dinner, can you tell me which of Jason's other books would be best for these.
JUICE MASTER REPLY: This book is an excellent reference guide with the index pages and the 7 essential dietary needs describing the correct options to go for when making your own recipes. Other books such as Keeping It Simple is a recipe book listing over 100 delicious juices and smoothies. And the Juice Yourself Slim book also lists some excellent recipes for soups, juices and salads for another 7 day launch plan (but the recipes can be used for general consumption too).
The 7lbs in 7 Days book lists recipes for juices and smoothies. And the new version of Slim for Life has some similar recipes to these books (a few listed at the back). The ultimate Fast Food Book lists alternative variations too towards the back of the book.Review by Debbie Posted on 29/09/2009

Rating I have been juicing for a few days now and feel great. I have juice during the day, and then salad/veg, with fish/chicken for supper and am really enjoying it. I feel much less bloated, its great. That said, I am a little concerned about the amount of sugar I am consuming, as I have previously read a lot of information about the GI/GL index, or does the avocado in some juices block sugar peaks? How does juicing keep your blood sugar stable? Also how many calories are contained within the juices, the turbo charge is my favourite. And finally, I have access to a Reebok Rebounder, will that do until I can afford my own?
JUICEMASTER REPLY: Suzie, first thing to note is that natural sugars are much more readily utilised by the body and contribute less to blood sugar spikes as a result. Blended in things like avocados, you're right also slow down the absorption. Also most of Jason's recipes contain veges which also contain less fructose. and calorie wise there's about 200-250 per juice. That said they are all the right type of calories! Rebook rebounder are pretty awful and you wont enjoy the experience for any longer than a couple of minutes. Best thing is to get a good one straight off.Review by Suzi Posted on 17/09/2009

Rating hi i am so impressed with the feed back that everyone has given. and i placed an order for 7lbs in 7 days book now. ya i am a bit confused though i have the following questions:
1. by now i no its the 7lbs in 7 days book and then the turbo charge plan but what about after that ? what will i need to do after that? and is it right that we can repeat following the plans in both books more than once in a year. i mean how does it work please please please help.

Rating Hi. I have a question. I have started the Turbo plan today after completing the 7lb in 7 days. I plan to have juice/smoothie for breakfast and lunch, at least on work days, and my question is can I occassionally swap from the Turbo charge smoothie to the Ultimate smoothie? I sometimes get a bit of acid if I've had too much pineapple but dont get it with the ultimate. Thanks Linda

Rating Hi all. I'm really interested in trying the 7Ilbs in 7 days and turbo plan as I love juicing and need to shed a few stubborn baby pounds. However, just wondered if it was ok to do something like this if you have an underactive thyroid- this is why my extra pounds appear to be so stubborn I think but I really want to transform my energy levels and think this could be helpful. Do you think this plan could help?

Rating Hi all. I've just completed the 7lbs in 7 days and am ecstatic with the results - thank you so much. During this time, I've read the Turbo Charge book and am starting this today. I just wanted to clarify about the use of Quorn. Although you say you can use it, I've looked on there website, and most of the quorn uses yeast, wheat, maltodextrin, salt, and some artificial colours/flavours. Can you clarify please, as I'd love to use it, but don't want to go 'against the rules'.
JUICEMASTER REPLY: Quorn is a processed vegetarian protein and it does contain some bad stuff, but not much really and if you are looking to use something like quorn it's far better for you than many other types of animal based protein, so don't worry.

Rating Hi, I have just ordered the juice yourself slim and turbo charge and looking forward to starting! I was wondering about carbs, will I be eating enough within this diet? the nutritionalist always goes on about how we need to eat lots of carbs and there doesnt seem to be many in the diet.
JUICEMASTER REPLY: The carbs we really need are those that have the "hydrate" part on them, ie contain water. All fruits and vegetables are carbohydrates and because they contain water are really easily used by the body. Rating Hi. I am 57 and have had 6 children (including twins). I am a Ballet teacher, and after my first 4 children I was 9 1/2 stone. Since having the twins 25 years ago I have not been under 12 stone. I have tried every diet going but never managed to get under the 12 stone mark. THEN.................A few weeks ago my daughter introduced me to your juicing plan. Well........................
I have completed the 7 days ....and lost an AMAzing 11 lbs!!!!!!!! I couldn't believe it when I weighed myself, moved the scales and weighed myself again THREE TIMES, then went next door and borrowed my neighbour's scales....and then realised....IT WAS TRUE!!!!!!!!!! I started this plan at 12 stone 10 lbs and really want to stick with it until I get to my proper weight, but I would like to get to under 11 stone before I go on holiday to Italy in 2 weeks. my husband and and I just finished the two turbo charge weeks and are so happy with the results. Our digestion has improved, we feel better and it is so nice to be free from the cravings. My skin is so much better, the psoriasis is healing and my wrinkles are gone.
We are germans living in South Carolina at the moment (the "fattest" State in the US) and it is really difficult to eat healty and stay in shape over here. I do understand the fat people here to a certain degree - you can buy a burger for 1 USD and a full fast food dinner for 5-10 USD (and do not have to wash dishes). The two weeklong turbo charge programme has cost us 650 USD in food and is a lot of work. We bought the majority of produce at WalMart and less than 10% at local farm stands.

Rating I started the 14 Days plan on Monday and I must say so far I am thoroughly enjoying it and have lost over 5lbs in just 2 days. I know this will mainly be retained water coming out of my system (by the way is this the reason why I am peeing more?) but it is inspiring me to keep going, which is the main thing....and the juices are divine! Thanks Jason!
JUICE MASTER REPLY: Provided you are still drinknig at least 2 litres of water per day too this may not necnessarily be water retention but your body getting rid of the dead and fat cells and absorbing the essential nutrients from the juices, smoothies and food (to come later). Rating I am on my fifth day of the Turbo challenge. I love the turbo juice and enjoy the salad but i am struggling somewhat in terms of meat. I'm vegan and am not sure if its okay to replace the meat and fish dishes with an alternative.

Rating I’ve had a juicer for some time now, but never really used it. After reading Jason’s books it re motivated me to give it a go. I was 16 stone and need to get down to 15, I had tried everything, running, diet etc. All i did was have a juice for breakfast, and sometimes once a week for breakfast and lunch. Not only did I get down to the right weight, I also felt so much better. This does work, the juices don’t always taste that great, but this is about health, a few seconds of drinking something that is so good for you, is worth it…

Rating I have read so much about health and diets in the past but for some reason this and 7lbs in 7 days seem to have clicked with me. I'm on day 4 of 7lbs and before I undertook this I also decided to stop smoking and I've honestly had no cravings at all! This motivational book is a perfect accompaniment to 7lbs in 7 days and ( I have already lost 5lbs by the way) and I just know that life has changed for the better...I highly recommend this book!

Rating I have tried numerous diets by none have worked for me but this has.
This is so easy!
The juices are delicious and you never feel hungry.
I did have the advantage that I don't eat meat, drink tea or coffee or alcohol, my down fall is chocolate!
I did not miss this at all and never felt hungry.
In the first week I lost 7 1bs, my husband who eats meat lost 14 Ibs and we have both continued to loose weight over the following three weeks too.
My husband and I have continued to have a juice every day and to follow the points covered in the book.
Other benefits are improved skin and lots more energy.
I would recommend that you read the book first before embarking on the eating plan.

Rating Jason Vale must be the most entertaining expert in the health industry! He seems to know how to strike the right balance between serous content and enjoyable activities.
Turbo Charge Your Life gave me everything I needed to get myself back on track. The thing I like most about this book is that it gets you to take action. It's easy to read and makes so much sense. It made me feel so motivated and just wanted to get on with the 14-day programme.
This book has helped me understand my health habits more than ever. It got rid of my excuses and gave me the exact steps and recipes I needed to improve my vitality. Now I'm looking good and feeling great!

Rating Really this book is only as good as you make it - I am very overweight and have never exercised before in my life - hate the stuff ... but for some reason this guy's style inspired me - I am very happy with the food choices - yeah ok it's not easy but who said losing weight was easy. It is simple but that's not the same as easy .. I am up at 6 to walk for 45 mins and cram another walk in before dinner - no it's not easy with a family but we are all working around it. I have lost 14 pounds in the first 10 days of the plan and I am thrilled to bits with how different I feel and the breakfast smoothie is to die for! If you are prepared to not just buy the book and think that parting with the money will make you slim, then this is worth a go ... but you have to actually do it!

Rating Wow! I've just finished the 14 day plan after reading Jason's book and I feel absolutely fantastic. It goes without saying that I lost weight, but moreover, I feel great and thanks to Jason's no nonsense easy to follow approach, it hasn't been hard to follow this 'plan' at all. In all honesty, this book is more than an eating plan for 14 days - it's a way of life. After 14 days I genuinely have no desire to go back to my old eating habits. Bread, pasta and chocolate are completely out of the window for me from now on. I honestly have no desire for them. I never EVER thought I would say that about my old favorite - pasta! But now after eating such mouth watering avocado salads, gorgeous fresh juices and not having that horrible 'full up' feeling after a meal, I can't go back! Jason Vale has changed the way I think about what I feed my body and I feel more energetic than I could ever have imagined - I even bought a Pro-Bounce from his website and enjoy my 20 minute bounce each morning before work.

Rating This book, like his others, is funny, serious, enlightening, practical and inspirational (not necessarily in that order!).
Jason Vale can take a complex issue and present it in a way that ANYONE can understand without needing to treat the reader like an imbecile! I have also had the benefit of attending his seminars, and he is truly the most energy filled, motivational "Coach" I have had the benefit of reading and seeing.

Rating I've read quite a few health books, in the hope of being inspired. And they have, for a day or two, but the overriding feeling of missing out on something, always broke my will to continue.
However Jason's witty, informative and down to earth approach made so much sense I felt like I was missing out by not getting with the programme.
Within two days of reading the book I was ready to go. It's been 8 days now and I'm feeling fantastic. Ok so I had a bit of a headache for a couple of days, but Jason prepared me for it, so I had the appropriate mind set to deal with it.
With the daily visualizations he recommends it's easy to keep it up. My dreams of having a great body are now realistic and not that far off.

Rating As soon as I got this book and read it, I just couldn't wait to get started. After trying to inspire myself to go on yet another diet after years of trying to loose weight, which says a lot! I am now on day 7 and have lost a lot of weight! I found the first day quite difficult and had a tremendous headache; however I woke up the next day feeling great. Every day I feel better and better. Not only have I lost weight after years of trying to diet, but I also have a lot more energy to keep up with my 3 children under 8 years old. This is the exact boost that I needed, thanks to a kick up the bum from Jason Vale! He doesn't pussyfoot around the fat issues and gets straight to the point. This is a great book for anybody who has been making pathetic excuses not to get healthy! As Jason says: THERE ARE NO EXCUSES!! The great bonus of this book is that the recipes are delicious and easy to make. This of course is a great help if you want to stick to the programme.

Rating Dear Jason, I cannot thank you enough ... since starting juicing my life has changed .. I have so far lost 2 stone easily and pleasantly. I have no doubts at all that I will continue to loose another 2 stone and be the person I have always wanted to be.
A year ago, just before my 40th birthday, my husband of 19 years announced he was leaving .. it was complete and utter shock to everyone. I, however, have picked myself up and after about 15 years of doing every diet, using diet pills and concoctions and my weight going up and down; have found a lifestyle change that is ME!
I first bought your slim for life book and was fairly adamant that juicing was not for me (I don't like thick smoothies) ... but by the end of the book I couldn't wait to buy my juicer and liquidiser. I have two children and they love the juices too, we actual argue over who is going to have which juice and who juices theirs first!!!!
I have embraced exercise and I feel absolutely fantastic ... my friends have all noticed the positive changes in me. I now get teased for being a 'juice freak' and turning down unhealthy foods, but I actually feel pleased with myself with the decisions I make.
I have done the 7lbs in 7 days successfully and now am following the turbo charge your life .... I work full time and am on the road all day so I bought flasks and as long as they have plenty of ice in them I make up what I need for the day in the morning. I then just stop - drink it from the flask with a straw and off I go again. I find it is much easier than either completely missing meals and feeling faint with hunger, or stopping to find something to eat, or taking a sandwich that ends up soggy and warm!!
I have been thrilled to introduce some friends to my world of juicing, and always feel pleased that I have spread the word!!

Rating Jason, Hello! I have come upon your book quite by accident as it was given to me when I was setting up house-hold in England after a decade of living in Asia. Back in December when I got your book the idea of juicing sounded interesting but the “diet†in the title had me put the book on the shelf as I was fit and a healthy eater. My situation has changed namely due to I am a wimp to cold rainy London weather and my daily running became less until non-existent and all the processed foods (and fish and chips etc) that are available here become more my eating habit rather than all the more natural food of Asia. Anyway, I took your book from the shelf and I read it, from cover to cover as you recommend the past two days. I’m intrigued by what you have to share about juicing and your passion comes across loud and clear in your convictions. I am contemplating the program seriously and have written to my husband about is as he is away at the moment. Thank you for sharing what you have found as helpful.
Anyway, the reason for my email continues. This morning I woke up with you on my mind. I have never heard of you before reading your book, or have not seen you on TV or radio. But I kept thinking of the things you wrote about nature’s pure super foods and how we should live with an attitude of gratitude. And my thoughts turned to prayers for you. I pray that God will draw you to himself and in doing so your thankfulness for healthy food and even the soil in which it is grown and your gratitude will be directed to One to thank. God is the one who has given to you your limbs that you then can make the good choice to move in your daily exercise. He is the giver of every good and perfect gift and as your book wrote about void in our lives and how we seek to fill it with food, TV or shopping…I have found that the void is really only filled with God himself. That is how he has designed us. How I thank him for new life through his Son (as he is willing and able to change lives) and for taste-buds and for the joy that comes from running and experiencing His creation (and now that it is Spring I love running again here!)
I have lived in many parts of the world and am always so thankful when someone comes to understands God’s love for them…it is a universal need like our universal need for healthy food.

Rating Hey JM Team. I am looking at this juicing thing with great interest. I have a couple of question tho if I may. I currently use the Russell Hobbs JuiceLady Juicer, is this juicer good?? My problem with eating healthily is I have a very sweet tooth, in particular chocolate, not only that, but I find it very hard to motivate myself to excercise! I've had so many fitness gadgets its shocking, what do you suggest. I own Jason's Slim 4 Life Book, Chocolate Busters Book, and the Slim 4 Life Retuning CD. Any help you can provide would be massively appreciated.

Rating Hi! I am on day 1 of the 7lb in 7 days diet! I do not have time in the morning to make all of the juices for the day as I have to leave for work at 6.00am. I made 3 juices last night.... 1 for brekki, 1 for brunch and one for lunch! They have been in fridge all night will these be ok to drink throughout today!? By the way.... I absolutly hate avocado BUT i now love it!!!! the juice is YUM!!!! Also one question.....Once I have done the 7lb in 7 days what do I do?! Is the turbo charge the next step? I want to be prepared for when the 7lb diet is over! Thanks so much!
JUICE MASTER REPLY: The juice can be consumed if pre-prepared still. Just try and store it in an air-tight container and where no light can affect it oxidising. Rating I am three quarters of the way through the Slim For Life book and am about to embark on the 7 day plan. I am desperate to get my life back, wear the clothes I like, have more energy, and stop avoiding mirrors. Added to this, I am sick of being a ticking time bomb for all the health risks that I am up against. The book has changed my attitude and I can only liken it to when I stopped smoking 21 years ago, the difference was I didnt want to do it any more. That's how I feel now. The only thing I'm worried about is perhaps being left with loose skin as a result of weight loss. I need to shed a fair bit of weight so presumably my skin has had to stretch a fair bit too. Do you think the nutrion in the juicy lifestyle will mean that your skin adjusts naturally?
JUICE MASTER REPLY: It is hoped that this will adjust naturally with regular exercise too. Every persons skin elasticity differs, have you checked with your GP? Essentially the weight loss is a what you are aiming for and you could gradually monitor how the skin shrinks over time too or if your GP can advise on what to do about making me more tight.Review by Gery Posted on 25/02/2009

Rating I am currently on my 2nd day of the 2nd week of the turbo charge plan after initially following 7lbs in 7 days and have lost 12lbs so far. One of my favourites for lunch is the protein snack attack - really satisfying! I would like to try the rachel's organic yoghurt and went to my local tesco and they only sell big pots. I presume you don't mean you can eat a whole 450g tub??! I can't find any other sizes...

Rating Dear Juice Master and Friends, First of all, thank you so much for my juicer HR1861, books and DVD, they arrived the day after I place my order and I am very pleased with it. Having got your Turbo-Charge book from the library, I have been following its advice for 10 days now. I LOVE the juice although I am not keen on smoothies so for instance, with the Turbo-charge one I drink the juice and eat the avocado. I try to drink it slowly, no ice, sorry but it’s cold! I am in a bit of a hurry in the morning although I am getting up much earlier than usual as suggested!! Thank you for the great books, they are a real eye opener to the world of food, although I rarely consume most of your "deadly sins", it is fascinating to see how you get hooked and how to deal with it. I have managed to stop eating choc. Again and I know if I eat one I then eat 4 more! It is lovely to read something I can agree on and not feel "odd" as I am sometimes treated when people see what I eat. I have passed the word around at work and three friends have bought your books and then juicers! And one friend has not only got her family juicing but she has convinced her elderly father too! I wanted to ask you something: I'm a raw vegan and you mentioned in this book that it's bad to eat wheat. Is that true also for sprouted wheat? Or were you talking about processed wheat products? Thanks in advance!

Rating Big thanks to Jason for really telling it like it is. Without that, I would not have been able to push through the “excuses†barrier! I have been unable to lose all the weight I put on in pregnancy 5 years ago. Unlike what seems to be the majority of your readers, I do have a very healthy diet. I am vegan, we grow our own veggies (including lots of wheatgrass) and I haven’t eaten junk food or anything unnatural for years. My only vice is the occasional slice of wheat bread. Despite the major refinements in my diet, I was not losing weight. Several months ago, I decided to take part in a holistic weight loss programme, which has helped me lose some of the weight. 2 weeks ago I started with the turbo charge plan, which I did for a week before starting the 7lbs in 7 days plan. I am now on day 7 and will follow on with the turbo charge plan over the next fortnight. I have lost a significant amount of weight! Although the first few days were hard, with many excuses coming up, I am now finding this easy peasy, and I will continue to follow the juice lifestyle as Jason recommends….. Many thanks. Katherine

Rating After a back injury I started putting on weight when I was no longer able to continue running. I desperately want to get fit and healthy again and like the idea of the 7lb plan, however I don't eat meat or fish. Are there vegetarian options that can be followed in phase two of the plan?<br />

This is a follow on and also helps you to gradually build this lifestyle into your future eating habits (and exercise routine). Rating Hi Juice Master Team, I thought I would update you all on my progress to date. After finishing my 7day programme and the 14 day plan again for about the fifth time this year. I am soooo happy with the results. My weight has gone down by 7lbs my BMI/Body Fat well that’s unbelievable. <br /><br />
Guys I am so into what I am putting in my body I have gone onto reading the slim 4 life book and wow has it changed my way of thinking. I am so conscious of what I am eating. I commenced the plan in January 2008 and the results are FANTASSSSSSSSSTIC. My body shape has changed I have a semi flat stomach (no breasts though)..... I have a juice 4 brekky and evening meal then have home made soup for lunch at midday. To be honest I do not feel hungry at times and sometimes do not have an evening smoothie/juice. I feel great though and am trying to encourage others. Rating Just wanted to let you know that I can't praise the 'Turbo-Charge your life in 14 days' book enough. Since March I had felt tired and lethargic and had begun gaining weight during the summer, I read this book and was both inspired and encouraged to try the programme for 14 days. I have just completed my first week and have already lost one and a half inches from my hips, my energy levels are rising and, more incredibly, I have begun to enjoy exercise for the first time in my life! It was previously seen as a chore to be only undertaken under duress. I had a friend come to stay for four days last week and she joined in with the exercise and the food and has just texted to say she has lost 3 pounds and is delighted. The food was far more filling and tasty than I imagined it would be (although I am getting slightly sick of both avocado and sweet potato) and my friend has she'll be trying the recipes at home. All in all I am delighted and can't praise Jason Vale and his team enough for this book. We even had lunch out in town last week - at the Juice Master's Juice Bar in Waterford (where else?!) - and were impressed by the menu on offer, far tastier than the cheese toastie or panini we'd have settled for elsewhere. I think even at the end of the 14 days exercise and the recipes in the book will be a strong part of my new regime. All I need to know now is where can I get more recipes for lunches and dinners? Will be sticking to smoothies for breakfast. Thanks.<br />

Rating Hi there, I have ordered 7lbs book and am very much looking forward to getting started. I just wanted to know, after I have had my juice for lunch and say i am still a bit hungry can i have a bit more as a snack or do i have to stick to so many glasses and thats it? Also i want to carry it on as i ultimately want to lose about 3-4 stone, what do you suggest for this?<br />
JUICEMASTER REPLY: Hello Ness, we don't recommend that people follow the 7lb's plan for more than a week and it should not be completed more than once every four months so you are doing the right thing by checking out the Turbo plan, which follows on from this. The juice plan is worked out so that you will not need to snack and you will feel full from the juices and smoothies. If you read all of the book first then you will have a different attitude to food and you will know that you can snack, but you won't want to. <br />

Rating I'm on day 5 of the 7 day plan and enjoying it. Planning on starting phase 2 'turbo charge'. I having difficulty finding wild rice as recommended as part of the healthy daily meal, but have found a wholewheat, red and wild rice mix, would this be suitable to use?<br />
JUICEMASTER REPLY: Hey Nichola, the rice that you have found does sound suitable to use. I know it can sometimes be difficult to find wild rice but some supermarkets such as waitrose do stock it. Rating Hi i have the 14 day turbo charge plan and have been following it for a couple of days now by having a smoothie or juice for breakfast and lunch and having a healthy tea (this evening tomatoe based pasta with spinach brocolli and prawns) although im hungry in the day I must say that the smoothies and juices are delicious. What I want to ask is do the same principles apply? Could I possibly lose 7lb like the 7lbs in a week plan or is it slower on the 14 day plan? thanks haley<br />
JUICEMASTER REPLY: Dear Haley, the Turbo Charge plan does not usually give people quite as dramatic results as the 7lb's plan however, most people do continue to lose weight steadily. Rating I have been given Turbo Charge book as a present although it is a Tuesday I am going to start the program today. Will it help psoriasis as I have it extremely bad on my arms and legs, the skin on my face is very dry and dull looking will this improve at all?<br />

I did read your answer to another lady that said to add extra seeds, nuts & avocadoes to juices so i will do that, I just wondered if it was safe to just juice whilst breastfeeding?<br />

JUICEMASTER REPLY: It really depends Vicky as to lose weight, we do recommend subsituting one or two meals per day with a juice or smoothie, which you can do with the KIS recipes. However, the 7lb's in 7 days plan is the most popular and will give you the most dramatic weight loss results. It also would be a great way to kick start your juicy lifestyle and then you would know which recipes from KIS you should look out for! So, yes I do recommend that you grab a copy of that as well. Rating HI Jason, I have just finished the 7lbs in 7 days and really enjoyed the juicing ,i am now on phase 2 in the book. I was just wondering why there is no whole fruit on the 8-10 days Turbo plan? Also, when is it ok to introduce alcohol into the diet again? Is the recommended 14 units a week for women too much to drink after doing a juicing plan?<br />
JUICEMASTER REPLY: Hi Lisa, there is no fruit on the plan as the fruits are included in the juices and smoothies but feel free to eat pieces of fruit as well.
