    hello i am very interested about your books and dvd how can i have this book and dvd in french language.

    I heard f the 7 day Juice diet from a friend of mine. She said that she tried it once and the effects are amazing.



    I would like to go on the 7 day Juice diet but I am bit confused what exactly I need to go on one.

    Thank you for your words of encouragement. I have taken on board all you have said and I have now read the book again and done the shopping for the week supply. I have started the programme again today (monday) and so far so good. Since starting the programme back on 7th January 2008 to date my start weight was 12st 121b and is now 11st 81b this is such a fantastic achievement and I believe that juicing has changed my way of thinking in regards to food. I have introduced to friends/colleagues who over the last week have seen such a change in their appearance and have also stated that it is the best so called "diet" that they have done and stuck to the way<br />

    they have without getting bored. The book has been an inspiration along with having online/telephone support.
