   does this plan help women who are going through menopause? I mean does it help to restore or rebalance hormones? JUICE MASTER REPLY: Thank you for your enquiry.    I have never read a book from cover to cover in my life and can happily say i completed your book in 28hrs!!! What has intrigued me more than the weight loss is the story of Vale's vanishing asthma and eczema?? I'm going to do this diet plan but am scared its going to just be another let down?

   I'm going to try and do your diet in China 7lb in 7 days but can't get all the shopping list as things are seasonal here, can i make slight changes for other veg?

   Does this only work for 7days or can u carry it on for longer and still get the same result after each of the 7days, and what kind of exercise does this involve because I'm doing some but just wondered if i should change it to fit the plan.

   I ve been going through the 7 lbs in 7 days shopping list and I need to learn: how much 1 bag of say Spinach weigh,is there any substitute for Kale and where can I get a bottle of Power Greens-what does it consist of in case I need to find a substitute for it as well?BTW,I live in Istanbul hence the items not easy to find
