The three day detox programme is taken from the highly successful 'Keeping It Simple' book. Whether you want to slim down, get healthy or just need a little juice-fueled pick-me-up this programme is the perfect way to clean your system and give you some of nature's finest liquid super fuel in a completely relaxing and picturesque environment. With Jason's unique 3-day Super Juice Detox programme you will also begin to understand his principles for a permanently slim, trim and healthy body.

The detox programme is based on a 2 night, 3 day experience. You are asked to arrive by 10am on the first day ready for your first juice, and then the stay will last until 4pm on the third day.

Champneys Forest Mere
Set in the idyllic countryside of rural Hampshire the Champney's Forest Mere resort is nestled on a picturesque lake in some of the South of England's most beautiful surroundings.
Bathe in the UK’s first thalassotherapy pool, take a swim in the 25-metre pool or rejuvenate with mud treatments in the twilight Rasul Chamber. Forest Mere also holds an Alternative Health Clinic where guests can experience a healing circle, and therapies from Reiki to Indian Head Massage.
Summertime unveils a new dimension to Forest Mere with its outdoor heated pool and tennis court.
