    great idea, but practically a bit of a bad apple as no space on the wall !
    How about a menu/shopping list app that works out if you have run out of avocados/courgettes/lemons etc based on the recipes for each day (when following a devised plan) or create your weekly juice menu/shopping list from a drop down list and it works out what you need, according to your input as to what you already have in ! then you just refer to the app each day as you do on one of your plans.
    BOOM - I'd love that.
    (a full list of all the juices and salads in your books, and even other perfect day off foods for the 5:2 plan, you select what you fancy, input what you've got in already and it creates your weekly menu and shopping list, heaven...... even better If it could be clever enough to ensure you get a good variety, Ooo, and another simple one off app could be one where you just type in what you've got in the fridge and it suggests which juice you could do - YES !

    Wow never thought some of these ingredients combined together would make nice smoothies and juices but they are all really tasty and the soup recipes are brilliant. I feel great for having simply fruit and veg for 5 days now and have not once felt hungry. I wasn't doing this to lose weight I just wanted to get healthy but I've also lost 5lbs in 4 days! Clearly this won't all stay off once I eat some carbs again but I've enjoyed this so much I will definitely do at least 3 days a week of juice, smoothies and soups every week to make my diet more balanced with fruit and veg and less meat. Would highly recommend. Only downside is the never ending washing of the juicer and blender! Also I'm lucky I work from home but it can be quite time consuming.
