    Once I had your juice-in-a-bar(s) I thought that's it, no more oaty bars for me but I couldn't wait for the juice superfruit bars to be released for my second order so I bought these. I had one yesterday and thought this is how bars with oats should taste, it was very sweet yes, but it's non sugar sweet and you can taste all of the other ingredients, lots of goodness in one bar. Unlike other bars with oats that advertise as healthy snack bars, these are not like flapjacks with a bit of fruit as an afterthought and with too much sugar and processed oil. Nice one!

    Hi - I am planning on buying the veggie and fruit bars. Can you please let me know if I can replace a meal with one of the bars - or are they just to be eaten as a snack? Thanks. The bars have been created, not only to provide a healthy nutritious snack, but also for people on the go who perhaps are not able to juice or are travelling. They are not designed to be taken instead of a regular healthy meal, but as a healthy snack. They are delicious!

    I have just taken delivery of the Berry bars I was a bit anxious as to how they would taste and how they would fit into my diet. I have a smoothie in the morning and a main meal at lunch time and another smoothie for evening as I train in the evening. I just wanted to know are they ok to eat as a snack on a daily basis or will they be too much making me put on weight.<br />

    Hi Sybil, There is absolutely no problem at all with having one of our nak'd bars every day for a snack. This will not make you put on weight, especially if you are following the programme that you say. Make sure that the main meal you are having at lunch time is also healthy and balanced.
