What Do Probiotics Do?

How Are SBOs Different From Other Conventional Probiotics?

There is a powerful distinction between Soil Based Organisms (SBOs) and the popular probiotic on the market today. The bacteria found in the usual probiotics are endogenous, meaning these bacteria are naturally occurring in the body.

    Hi, I already use JM Ultimate Superfood in my juices and smoothies and wondered if I would benefit from taking JM Friendly Bacteria too as I notice that the Superfood has a lot of beneficial bacteria in it anyway?

    Hi, i have just started the 7 day detox and am not sure about how to take the acidophilus, as the one i have is in capsule form do i take the powder out of the capsule and sprinkle it into the juice or just swallow it? Also, i live in france and could not get any wheatgrass or power greens, can i use green magma powder instead and if so how much a day?

    JUICE MASTER REPLY: The friendly bacteria can be taken as a whole capsule or the contents poured and blended into a juice/smoothie. The Magma powder should be ok to use (made from Barley grass instead). You will need to follow the instructions on the label for the guidance details on consumption as we will not know. The Wheatgrass of Beyond Greens (now known as Ultimate Superfood) that we have suggests 1 teaspoon in 1 juice/smoothie per day.

    Do I need to store any of the supplements you sell in the fridge?

    Why would I choose your friendly bacteria over Udo's super 8 Hi potency probiotic?



    JUICE MASTER REPLY: You do not need to store any of our supplements in the fridge, provided they are kept in a cool place. This is one reason for you to opt for our Friendly Bacteria too. Our supplements have been made from the USA and Jason searched hard to source a good Pharmacy to make these where there are no 'false fillers' and are made from natural ingredients.

    Can you tell me how many live organisms are there in a single dose please? Thank you.<br />

    JUICE MASTER REPLY: The Juice Master Friendly Bacteria, are actually called ‘soil-based organisms’ and are completely different to so-called ‘live bacteria’. These bacteria are in a dormant state until they are absorbed in the body and then they multiply into millions and billions. This means that unlike the ‘live’ ones, they are not destroyed by stomach acid or bile and are therefore much more powerful and effective and can reach the lower gut more easily. This also means that it is not possible to give a ‘count’ of the bacteria before they are ingested.

    I have found jars of spirulina in a health food shop theyre 500mg is this ok to use, I have also found Potent acidophilus capsules but they do not have a a strength are these also ok to use<br />

    JUICEMASTER REPLY: Many other products such as these are available on the market in health food shops that you can choose to use if you like. However without knowing which ones you mean we cant advise on taking them as some companies add fillers and don't make them to the same high standards as we make our supplements.
