Delivery Policy
The Juice Master team is pleased to be able to offer a fast and efficient service for items shipped from our juicy shop.
With all our orders, Juice Master aims to get your package to you as quickly as possible, most of the time this can be as quick as the very next working day
Our Delivery Policy
At Juice Master a large percentage of orders placed before 3pm get delivered the next working day, and the majority within 3 working days of being shipped. In very few cases, however, they may take up to 28 days from the date of shipping.
To maximise the speed of delivery, all orders placed before 3pm are dealt with and shipped out the same day. You will receive confirmation when your item has been shipped and in the case of packages, you can trace the order by calling the Juice Master team on 0845 130 28 29.
If after the 28 day period you do not recieve your goods then you need to contact the Juice Master team and we will chase your delivery.
Please note that international deliveries are also very fast but may take a little longer than usual depending on the destination country.
It is out of our control if orders get delayed due to postal strikes or alike with Royal Mail.
For orders selected for delivery by courier service please ensure you select an address where it can be signed for between 08.30 - 16.30 hrs Mon to Fri. Any parcels accepted to be left at an address without a signature will be at the Customers own risk.
I have not received my order what do I do?
Contact the team on 0841 30 28 29 and we will trace it for you (available live Mon-Fri 9am - 5.30pm or leave a message and one of the team will call you back).
