When I read the Ultimate Fast Food book 5 years ago, I could not get over the honesty of the book. I juiced on and off for 4 years and felt the benefit of being juiced and also noticed the difference when I stopped. I have now juiced everyday since December 2007 and feel fantastic. My wife and I are going to one of the retreats in Turkey in September and cant wait for it. When I'm in Waterford working, I always make sure to visit the Juice Master shop in Ardkeen and fill up my 2 Juice Master flasks with my favourite juice (Turbo Charge) for the day.Back home in Cork i often buy juices in other juice shops,but never get the quality of that in the Juice Master in Ardkeen in Waterford so hopefully soon in the near future i will have the pleasure of becoming a juice master juice n smoothie bar franchisee.

Hi Jason, I have had your books for years and have been talking with family for just as long about the Juice Master business. I always locate juice bars when visiting new places and was delighted to see the Juice Master Juice bars in Waterford.

Unfortunately there aren't really juice bars in Turkey :( and no juice master at all :(

We are also able to ship internationally, and hold our retreats in Turkey. We are on the look out for people to open juicebars there though so if you are interested or know someone that might be, please get back in touch.

HI - I started a jicy lifestyle on Mon last and I am feeling fqantastic already - Im living in Waterford - which really helps - I can pop out to ardkeen for my turbo charge every day - its ldeal. Will keep you posted with regard to my progress as I have 7 stone to lose.

Just wanted to let you know that I can't praise the 'Turbo-Charge your life in 14 days' book enough. Since March I had felt tired and lethargic and had begun gaining weight during the summer, I read this book and was both inspired and encouraged to try the programme for 14 days. I have just completed my first week and have already lost one and a half inches from my hips, my energy levels are rising and, more incredibly, I have begun to enjoy exercise for the first time in my life! It was previously seen as a chore to be only undertaken under duress. I had a friend come to stay for four days last week and she joined in with the exercise and the food and has just texted to say she has lost 3 pounds and is delighted. The food was far more filling and tasty than I imagined it would be (although I am getting slightly sick of both avocado and sweet potato) and my friend has she'll be trying the recipes at home. All in all I am delighted and can't praise Jason Vale and his team enough for this book. We even had lunch out in town last week - at the Juice Master's Juice Bar in Waterford (where else?!) - and were impressed by the menu on offer, far tastier than the cheese toastie or panini we'd have settled for elsewhere. I think even at the end of the 14 days exercise and the recipes in the book will be a strong part of my new regime. All I need to know now is where can I get more recipes for lunches and dinners? Will be sticking to smoothies for breakfast. Thanks.

You have the advantage of the index pages in the Turbo Charge book to allow you to experiment and create new recipes by looking that the options for the essential dietary needs too. Jason's new book Juice Yourself Slim also has some lovely Soups and Salad recipes to try out. And we will update the menu's at the Juice Bars regularly too.
